Competition Closed - Top Contributor Prize
Posted 7 years ago by Adam
This competition is now closed! Well done to Pweng Bee for posting the most comments!
I'm giving away another fantastic prize on Bloating Tips. As we start pushing out more and more information on bloating, and even a funny infographic, I thought it would be great to get more people involved. This time you'll get the chance to win a healthy hamper worth £50, stuffed to the brim with products from The Food Doctor, OptiBac Probiotics and lots more!
How to Win
All you have to do is post the most comments between now and 12PM on Friday 16th of March, it really is that simple! Just take note that all comments are moderated, so keep things on topic!
You can get started by giving your thoughts on our new article on Menstrual Bloating by nutritionist Lorna Driver-Davies, or tell everyone whether you 'get' your 5 a day.
So go on, get stuck in!

I always try my best to eat 5 a day but sometimes struggle.

I get more than my five a day easily when it's warm as I love fruit, salads, and juicing. Seem to really crave warm comfort food in winter and although I do eat fruit and veg everyday not always as much as I should. Also, get a bit bored of the seasonal produce available by late winter.

Great tip about the soup- i always have homemade vegetable soup on the go in winter it fills me up and helps me towards my 5 a day.I eat 3 0r 4 different fruits for my breakfast and struggle in the winter as there is not such a great choice but have started buying tinned fruit in juice like peaches and grapefruit and have these.Im also going to dust off my juicer to make more vegetable based juices i struggle to come up with recipes for veg especially with two fussy boys to feed as well.

have started to use my slow cooker quite a lot and use any vegatables that I can get which I hope keeps me on track for my five a day as I prefer vegetables to fruit.Have to make a concious effort to eat more fruit .. have read somewhere that walnuts are a great contributary factor towards your quota,,

I eat three a day but never five. Lack of time, very busy mum.

I have found with age that things I happily ate now cause me problems, so I have recently been thinking more about my diet then ever before!
